This violin concertino was written for my 2025 Winter Term project at Oberlin Conservatory. As a collaboration with the band Wasted Wine, I combined inspirations from my classical background with traditional Celtic musical structures to be played in the context of a rock band. The name is derived from what they call themselves: an “eccentric violin-shredding cabaret rock band.”
