During summer of 2024 I had the honor of participating in a choir tour in Ireland, which is among the highlights of my musical journey. This piece reflects on the excitement of exploring someplace new with my friends, as well as the nature and historical places seen both outside the windows of our hour long bus rides and up close. The text used is a poem by a member of the choir written while waiting for dinner one day on the trip.
